Your mission

Logistics & Coordination

Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
Communicate with shipping providers and clients
Organize product samples and inventory tracking

Finance & Pre-Accounting

Support with invoice processing and documentation
Organize receipts and records for the tax advisor
Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reporting

Office Management & Team Support

Handle office supplies and vendor management
Support the team with administrative tasks including schedules & meeting organization

Your profile

A structured and proactive way of working
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills in German and English
Basic knowledge of accounting or the willingness to learn
Confidence with MS Office/Google Workspace
